Are you passionate about patient safety and surgical excellence? Our Outpatient Surgery Center is seeking a skilled OR Nurse Circulator to be the vital link between the operating room team and the rest of the center.
What You’ll Do:
Monitor surgical procedures and ensure seamless communication
Prepare patients and operating rooms for safe, efficient surgeries
Maintain a sterile, organized environment and assist with room turnover
Support team growth through mentoring and orientation
Collaborate on care plans and participate in patient hand-offs
Drive process improvements and help achieve departmental goals
What We’re Looking For:
Current RN licensure in Texas
BLS required; ACLS within 3 months
1–2 years OR circulating experience preferred
Strong communication skills and a positive, team-focused attitude
