Work You'll Do As a Technology Senior Consultant (Business Analyst/Configuration Lead) within our practice, your responsibilities will include: - Leading the configuration and implementation of Project Management Information Systems (PMIS) with a strong emphasis on Kahua to optimize client project delivery. - Analyzing client needs to understand the complexities of their capital projects and developing tailored solutions. - Designing and configuring comprehensive PMIS solutions, including integrations, reporting, and dashboards, to meet client requirements. - Collaborating with project teams to ensure the design, configuration, and rollout of PMIS systems like Kahua are successful. - Conducting rigorous testing and validation of configured solutions, followed by the development of detailed training and documentation to support client adoption. - Participating in problem-solving sessions with the team, contributing innovative ideas to address client issues. Qualifications Required: - High School Diploma - 4+ years of experience in PMIS system implementation, specifically with Kahua (preferred) or with e-Builder, Oracle Unifier, or Procore - 4+ years of construction management experience - Extensive Project Management experience, with a deep understanding of project management fundamentals - Proficiency in project controls; including planning, budgeting, forecasting, and integrating these aspects into technology platforms - Strong capability in configuring PMIS tools, performing system integrations, leading discovery, conducting testing, supporting training and help desk, and developing reports and dashboard - Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future - Must be able to obtain and maintain the required clearance for this role - Ability to travel up to 20%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve Preferred: - Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Visio - Previous Consulting experience - Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team Information for applicants with a need for accommodation: All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, age, disability or protected veteran status, or any other legally protected basis, in accordance with applicable law.
