**Warehouse Associate - Carol Stream, IL** **1st shift - $19/hr** **Overview** Join our team as a Warehouse Associate where you will play a vital role in our Shipping and Receiving Department. This position offers a full-time schedule with opportunities for overtime, working closely with advanced inventory systems and heavy equipment. The typical schedule is 7AM-3:30PM. If you are interested in this position, then please apply today and an Aerotek Recruiter will reach out to you within 24-48 hours. **Responsibilities** + Perform basic material handling duties, including building pallets, wrapping finished goods, and preparing shipments. + Work within the Shipping and Receiving Department handling inventory tracking with computers. + Utilize UPS and FedEx systems for shipping and receiving operations. + Verify and input inventory data using computer systems. + Perform tear downs and staging of products. + Count and label boxed products accurately. + Review Bills of Lading (BOLs) for accuracy. + Move received goods to the appropriate bin or rack locations. **Essential Skills** + Familiarity with inventory management and RF Scanner usage. + Experience in shipping and receiving operations. + General warehouse experience. + Basic computer skills. + Ability to occasionally lift up to 60 lbs. **Work Environment** Work alongside a team of 35 employees, including bench techs, solders, assemblers, and office staff, in a clean room environment with individual workstations where tasks are performed while seated.
