Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) Location: Honolulu, HI
We are seeking a dedicated
COTA to join a supportive therapy team in Honolulu, Hawaii. The COTA will work under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist to help patients develop, restore, and maintain functional independence.
Responsibilities - Implement therapy interventions according to the OT’s established plan of care
- Document patient treatments and progress accurately and in a timely manner
- Assist with patient and family education to support therapy goals
- Communicate changes in patient status to the supervising OT
- Adhere to all safety, infection control, and compliance guidelines
Qualifications - Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
- Active Hawaii COTA license or ability to obtain
- Strong patient-care, communication, and teamwork skills
