Location: Windom, MN

Pay Range: $38.55 - $54.70 per hour *Rates offered will reflect applicable experience.

Windom Area Health is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our team and work a Weekend Package. This position follows a weekend package schedule, working two 12-hour shifts on 44 weekends per year, with the nurse choosing a Friday/Saturday or Saturday/Sunday commitment. Eligible nurses must be trained in Med/Surg, and will get trained into the Emergency Room and OB (experience in all three areas is a plus). Weekend package nurses receive additional weekend premium pay of $15/hr and may pick up extra shifts at their regular rate of pay. The position is benefit eligible (health, dental, vision, life, retirement etc.) and accrues PTO and sick time according to WAH policies. This position requires a 12-month commitment to the weekend schedule before converting to another scheduled position.
