Job Description
Registered Behavior Technician
Position Details:
+ School Year: 2025-2026
+ Schedule: Up to 35 hours/week
+ Start Date: Immediate
+ Pay: Weekly
+ Responsibilities:
+ Provide support to a student with severe/extreme behavioral challenges
+ Implement ABA strategies
+ Ride the bus with the student as needed (bus duty required)
Requirements:
+ Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification and/or State Certified Behavior Technician (CBT) license (as applicable per state/contract)
+ High School diploma or equivalent required
+ Two (2) years relevant experience preferred
+ Comfortable working with severe/violent behavioral cases
+ Familiarity with ABA techniques
