We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Nurse Practitioner to provide high-quality care to our patients in a supportive and collaborative environment. This part-time position offers a flexible schedule with hours from Monday to Friday, allowing you to achieve a healthy work-life balance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and provide care to patients in women's health.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Perform clinical procedures and provide preventive care, including health screenings .
- Collaborate with Doctor to ensure coordinated care.
- Educate patients on health maintenance, disease prevention, and treatment options.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with regulations and policies.
Qualifications:
- Valid Nurse Practitioner license in IL .
- Master’s degree in Nursing or equivalent qualification.
- Experience in women's health preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
