Marketing Coordinator - Morristown, NJ
Company:
One of New Jersey’s oldest and largest full-service law firms serving clients from Fortune 500 corporations to middle-market businesses.
Role:
The Marketing Specialist will be involved in creating and executing marketing campaigns, managing digital and traditional marketing channels, and supporting attorneys in client acquisition and retention efforts
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans to support the firm’s business objectives.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, client needs, and competitive positioning.
- Maintain and enhance the firm’s brand identity across all marketing materials and communications.
- Develop and execute social media strategies to engage audiences.
- Coordinate client-focused events, seminars, and webinars to build relationships and generate leads.
- Organize and promote firm-sponsored events, such as networking receptions, CLE (Continuing Legal Education) programs, or community outreach initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., Digital Marketing, Professional Services Marketing) are a plus.
- 2+ years of marketing experience within professional services.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools, including SEO, SEM, social media platforms, and analytics software.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Working Situation:
Hybrid
Compensation/Benefits:
- Base Salary: $80-100k+, commensurate with experience.
- Additional Compensation: Annual performance-based bonus.
