Salary: $102,500 - 188,900 per year Requirements:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Mathematics, or a related discipline.
• Over 5 years of practical experience in delivering machine learning or AI solutions, with a focus on generative AI preferred.
• Strong independent thinker capable of envisioning and executing strategies that transform data into high-quality client products.
• Profound understanding of GenAI models and techniques (LLMs, transformers, prompt engineering).
• Expertise in Python (PyTorch, TensorFlow, HuggingFace), Databricks, ML pipelines, and cloud deployment (Azure, AWS, GCP).
• Experience in integrating AI into enterprise applications, constructing APIs, and designing scalable workflows.
• Knowledge of solution architecture, risk evaluation, and aligning technology to business objectives.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and iterative delivery processes.
• Dedication to responsible AI practices, encompassing data ethics, privacy, and regulatory compliance.
• Ability to travel 0-10%, based on client needs and the industries you serve.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to assess business needs, challenges, and goals related to GenAI applications.
• Facilitate workshops to identify, rank, and define impactful GenAI use cases (e.g., text generation, code synthesis, conversational agents).
• Clearly convey the value proposition of GenAI, emphasizing efficiency improvements, risk management, and innovation.
• Design comprehensive GenAI solutions, selecting and modifying suitable models (GPT, Llama, Claude, Zora AI, etc.).
• Develop scalable strategies for integrating GenAI into existing client systems (ERP, CRM, KM platforms).
• Establish and govern reliable, ethical, and compliant data sourcing and management practices.
• Lead model fine-tuning, prompt engineering, and customization tailored to specific client requirements.
• Supervise the creation of GenAI-powered applications and user-friendly interfaces, ensuring quality and an exceptional user experience.
• Drive thorough testing, validation, and iteration to maintain quality and accuracy.
• Oversee solution implementation, including cloud configuration and production deployment.
• Support clients in adopting GenAI solutions by providing training, documentation, and user resources.
• Spearhead initiatives in responsible AI, ensuring measures are in place to combat bias, privacy issues, and unethical practices.
• Monitor performance, establish KPIs, and manage model retraining and auditing tasks.
• Produce executive-level reports, dashboards, and demonstrations to detail progress and impact.
• Coordinate effectively with internal teams, technology partners, and clients for successful project execution.
• Remain updated on GenAI trends, best practices, and new technologies; share knowledge across teams.
• Mentor junior staff, encourage knowledge sharing, and contribute to reusable methodologies.
