Conduct reference and background checks. Prepare offer letters and other hiring documentation. Organize and conduct new employee orientations and onboarding. Employee Records and Administration: Maintain and update the employee database with accurate information. Manage HR filing systems and ensure data is up-to-date. Handle termination paperwork and assist with exit interviews. Payroll and Benefits: Assist with payroll processing and resolve related errors. Track employee attendance and leave. Serve as a point of contact for benefit vendors and process inquiries. Employee Relations and Support: Respond to employee inquiries and resolve issues related to HR policies.
Assist with employee grievances and complaints.
Act as a liaison between employees and management.
Reporting and Coordination:
Generate reports on HR activities and performance.
Coordinate HR events, meetings, and training sessions.
Maintain calendars and agendas for the HR team.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Interpersonal Skills: Ability to handle sensitive information with tact and professionalism.
Organizational Skills: Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Human Resources Information
Systems (HRIS).
Education: An Associate's degree in a related field may be required.
