Position Title: Data Migration Architect
Position Location: 10856 Reed Hartman Highway, Cincinnati, OH, 45242
Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
Summary of Duties: Provide leadership and guidance on data design, data migration strategy, data tools, and data governance, both on implementation projects and internal data teams. Play a crucial role in planning, coordinating, and executing the data migration activities for our SAP S/4HANA Cloud implementation projects. Provide project management support during SAP implementation activities for all data migration activities across all relevant phases of deployment (early engagement through hypercare). Review legacy system landscape, future landscape and advise on tools and methodologies for data migration. Drive planning, execution, and tracking of all data migration deliverables and ensure alignment with SAP implementation activities including requirements gathering, scope confirmation, design lock, solution build, test completion, training delivery, deployment and hypercare. Continuously evaluate and drive measurable improvements to processes, platforms, tools, and related technologies. Provide necessary trainings to communicate changes and measure outcomes. Provide guidance and expertise on data governance tools and processes. Requires up to 100% travel. Multiple positions available. May work remotely.
Qualifications: Position requires a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, Engineering, or related field plus seven (7) years of experience in the job offered or related occupation in which the required experience was gained.
Requires expertise with SAP Data Architecture, SAP Master Data Governance (MDG), SAP Master Data Management (MDM), and S/4HANA Cloud. Requires experience evaluating business requirements and developing master data solutions for SAP Business Transformation programs. Requires extensive knowledge on the impact of master data on transactional processing and reporting. Requires proven ability to represent point of view, make recommendations, and discuss relevant technical information with the business users in business language. Requires up to 100% travel. Multiple positions available. May work remotely.
The annual base compensation range for this role will be $139,027 - $187,100. The exact compensation at which this job is filled will be determined by a number of factors including but not limited to organizational needs and the qualified candidate’s skill set, certifications, and experience.
