Pay Type: Starting at $16/hr for Part-Time, Up to $17/hr for Full-Time & Experienced Cook

Position type:

• Shifts Available between 4:45 am-1:00 am, Monday-Saturday
• Part-Time Employees must have Friday, and Saturday availability
• Full-Time Employee must have Open Availability for Day Shift or Evening Shift

Requirements:

• Must be 16 years old or older
• Prior Cooking or Restaurant Experience is preferred
• Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds, and stand for up to 8 hours
• Ability to multitask
• Ability to work at a quick, yet efficient and thorough pace
• Team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, and strong work ethic
• Positive attitude, coachable
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members

Responsibilities:

• Keep the kitchen neat, clean and orderly at all times
• Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely, quickly, and efficiently, meeting Chick-fil-A standards
• Keep up-to-date with new products
• Dishwashing duties
• Work safely around kitchen equipment and report any maintenance issues to the Kitchen Director
• Maintain professional knowledge by completing in-house training
• Always adhere to all company policies and procedures
• Carry out instructions given by the leadership team
