Job Summary :
We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Barista to join our team. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality coffee and food, ensuring an exceptional customer experience, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Prepare and serve coffee, espresso drinks, tea, and other beverages according to customer preferences and company standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring all equipment is in good working condition.
• Greet customers warmly, take orders and provide recommendations based on customer preferences.
• Follow all health and safety guidelines to ensure cleanliness and safety.
• Work collaboratively with team members to maintain efficient operations.

Qualifications :

• Previous experience in a customer service or barista role is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of coffee brewing methods and espresso machines is a plus.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
• A positive attitude and a passion for delivering great customer service.
