Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Assistant Project Coordinator to support project planning, execution, and team collaboration in our Austin office. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys coordinating tasks, problem-solving, and learning the ins and outs of project management.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in planning and coordinating project activities, ensuring timelines and goals are met.
Support team members with project documentation, scheduling, and progress tracking.
Communicate with internal teams and stakeholders to facilitate smooth project execution.
Help prepare reports, presentations, and other materials to support project objectives.
Identify opportunities to improve processes and contribute ideas to enhance efficiency.
Qualifications & Skills
High school diploma required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to changing priorities.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
Previous experience in project coordination or administration is a plus.
